Our Mission is to build a culture of lasting positivity and success for every child who loves soccer.

The Approach

  • Mindset

    We train coaches on Stanford Professor Carol Dweck’s Growth Mindset practice (FESPI), which teaches kids how to navigate through challenges and cultivate resilience toward the game. 

  • Method

    We invite teachers from top youth academies worldwide to share best-in-class tactics and session plans, which coaches can take directly into practice with their teams.
